At Evolve Homes, we have the tradition to build homes that fulfill every expectation our clients have. Our homes are built with the latest technology and we partner with the most knowledgeable people in the construction business.

Our homes range from the $300's and go up to $4,000,000. Every single one of our projects is directly handled by one of our partners and we guarantee our complete attention during the design and construction process. 



Our process is quite simple:

• You will enter into a Reservation to hold a lot while one of our Architects is designing your home.
• You will then begin working with our architect to design your home. Our architect truly listen and design a home that fits your needs.
• During that time, you will also work with our interior designer to make all of your selections.
• The above process takes about 21 days. After that time, we will have pricing for you and you will enter into a one time construction close contract that will need to close within 30 days after the final pricing has been given to you.
• We have several lenders that have handled our construction closing or you many select your own lender.
